Discusses how to find companies for you to target that will match your interests and job skills. This goes beyond the typical job boards with actual demonstrations of how to use specialized websites to research trends as well as find companies that match your search criteria.

This continues with finding companies for you to target by demonstrating another five websites that can be used to find great matching companies for you to target. This module ends with the introduction of four additional websites that are extremely valuable in finding the reputation of your target companies.

Advanced Job Search Methods

This module demonstrates advanced techniques for some websites you already know about plus other that you probably don’t in ways that dig deep to uncover job opportunity gems. This includes using social networks as well as your own network in creative ways.

Finding Relevant Contacts Inside Target Companies During Your Job Search

Learn how to get insider help from current and/or former employees at your target companies. Interview Preparation

I have outlined the critical steps that you must follow to be the best prepared candidate the employer will interview. Most often the offer goes to the best prepared candidate and you want to be that person.These are the same methods that I personally use to coach my candidates for their interviews. Critical mistakes can be made at this step, but the eLearning module will show you not only what you must do, but some little known websites that will give you in-depth insights into the employer’s company, culture and recruiting processes.

Interviewing Phone Screen

You’ll learn how to combine interview preparation (see prior module) and practice interviewing (see next modules) to win your “ticket to the interview.” Unless you ace the phone interview it is game over.There are three critical things that you must get right. They are: 1) the right preparation, 2) understanding the dynamics of a phone interview (when neither party can see the other) and 3) how to respond to both traditional and behavioral questions as described in the practice interview modules.

This module is divided into three parts and is totally unique and unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere.
