Hello, I’m Carl Bradford – also known as “The Employment Guy” and on the candidate side of things have become known as “the recruiter who can turn resumes into interviews”.

I’m an Executive Recruiter, but actually I do much more than that in the area of employment, hiring and recruiting.  I’ve been doing this type of work for about 44 years.

Not only do I regularly conduct searches for client companies, but I’m also affiliated with The Adler Group a boutique consulting firm that advises and trains corporate recruiters and I’m the guy that certifies all recruiters in the highly respected Adler Performance Based Hiring methodology.

Actually, this vantage point is quiet unique, i.e. working with candidates as a search consultant and a trainer of company recruiters and hiring managers across many different industries.
