Hello, I’m Carl Bradford – also known as “The Employment Guy” and on the candidate side of things have become known as “the recruiter who can turn resumes into interviews”.
I’m an Executive Recruiter, but actually I do much more than that in the area of employment, hiring and recruiting. I’ve been doing this type of work for about 44 years.
Not only do I regularly conduct searches for client companies, but I’m also affiliated with The Adler Group a boutique consulting firm that advises and trains corporate recruiters and I’m the guy that certifies all recruiters in the highly respected Adler Performance Based Hiring methodology.
Actually, this vantage point is quiet unique. I have the opportunity to not only work with the candidate side of this business, but I also have the unusual opportunity to get heavily involved in the employment process from the employer side as well – across many different industries.
During this certification process for The Adler Group, every person submits four case studies that come from their day-to-day recruiting activities. This in-depth view highlights aspects of the hiring process that most other external recruiters never see.
There’s a large amount of misinformation floating around the Internet and a lot of it does more harm than good. If you are a job seeker and want an informed opinion about most any aspect of the job search, I can most likely provide you with solid advice.
